Louise Doughty is the author of?nine novels:?Crazy Paving?(shortlisted for four major literary awards including the John Llewellyn Rhys Prize);?Dance With?Me; Honey-Dew;?Fires in the Dark; Stone Cradle;?Whatever You Love?(shortlisted for the 2010 Costa Novel Award and longlisted for the Orange Prize for Fiction 2011),?Apple Tree?Yard, which has been published into twenty-four languages, and, most recently,?Black Water.?She has also published a work of non fiction,?A Novel in a Year?based on her column in the Daily Telegraph. She has written five plays for radio and worked widely as a critic and broadcaster and was a judge for the 2008 Man Booker Prize for fiction.
